Welcome to Wetin You Know? ("the Game", "we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make any payment, or take part in any paid tournament or prize activity. By using the Game you confirm you are 18 or older. Guests may play free rounds, but accounts, payments and prizes are for adults only.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud, cheating, or abuse.
Some features are paid — for example a Premium subscription and entry to certain tournaments. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew for the period shown unless cancelled. Except where required by law, payments and entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has started or a subscription period has begun.
Tournament rules, entry windows, and any prizes are shown in the Game. Scores are ranked by number of correct answers and then by speed. We may verify results and disqualify entries obtained by cheating, automation, or multiple accounts. Where prizes (such as airtime, data, or other rewards) are offered, we will state how and when they are awarded. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash unless we say so.
Do not use bots, scripts, exploits, or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Game. We may remove scores or accounts that do.
The Game, its questions, artwork, host characters, voices, logo and name are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Messages or feedback you send us may be used to improve the Game.
We work to keep the Game running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, questions, or tournaments at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The Game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third parties (such as your network, device, or payment provider). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
